At your tour, we will walk you through each ballroom, explain our catering guide in detail, and create a customized proposal.
Around 7-8 months prior to your wedding, we will schedule a planning meeting!
At this time, a coordinator will help create your room plan, timeline, and talk through service styles and dinner options with you.

On your wedding day, Nazareth Hall will provide you with a dedicated personal hostess to ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
Arriving two hours before your ceremony, she will coordinate with vendors and waitstaff, assist with the ceremony processional, help bustle your dress, and cut your wedding cake.
Your hostess will manage the timing of your entire event, allowing you and your partner to relax and savor every moment. You are her top priority, and she will make sure you feel completely taken care of.
Whether you are the bride, groom, parent, or part of the wedding party, having a space to relax and prepare for the day ahead is essential. Nazareth Hall provides preparation suites for both partners and their parties!
On your wedding day, you and your wedding party can enjoy refreshments, snacks, and house-made food platters to keep you energized.
Access to all suites begins at 9:00am and you will be able to utilize these rooms until the end of your reception. We have you covered!
