At your tour, we will walk you through each ballroom, explain our catering guide in detail, and create a customized proposal.
Around 7-8 months prior to your wedding, we will schedule a planning meeting!

At this time, a coordinator will help create your room plan, timeline, and talk through service styles and dinner options with you.
Your hard work has finally paid off and you can fully enjoy your day with your now life partner!

STEP Four
A personal hostess will be provided to you by Nazareth Hall to help coordinate your ceremony and reception. So devour your food, have a drink, and dance until your feet hurt- you’ve earned it!!
From the moment you’ve inquired until your wedding day, you’ll collaborate closely with a skilled wedding venue coordinator. They will guide you through every step of the planning process, ensuring every aspect of the event is covered. . They will maintain communication with you and assist in making important decisions, such as your timeline, room layout, and food service. We’re here to make wedding planning a stress-free experience!
With both indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces and three ballrooms to choose from, couples can select the perfect setting for their vows and party. Nazareth Hall also offers nearby accommodations for out-of-town guests, making it convenient for everyone involved. After the celebration, the venue handles cleanup, allowing couples to fully enjoy their special day without the worry of post-wedding tasks. With a collaborative approach, Nazareth Hall is committed to creating a personalized and unforgettable experience for each couple.
The Planning Process
On your wedding day, Nazareth Hall will provide you with a dedicated personal hostess to ensure everything goes off without a hitch.
Arriving two hours before your ceremony, she will coordinate with vendors and waitstaff, assist with the ceremony processional, help bustle your dress, and cut your wedding cake.
Your hostess will manage the timing of your entire event, allowing you and your partner to relax and savor every moment. You are her top priority, and she will make sure you feel completely taken care of.
Your Wedding Hostess
Whether you are the bride, groom, parent, or part of the wedding party, having a space to relax and prepare for the day ahead is essential. Nazareth Hall provides preparation suites for both partners and their parties!
On your wedding day, you and your wedding party can enjoy refreshments, snacks, and house-made food platters to keep you energized.
Access to all suites begins at 9:00am and you will be able to utilize these rooms until the end of your reception. We have you covered!
